is truly wonderful stuff to help counter red winter-face. it's also supposed to elevate your mood, make your hair soft and shiny, and improve your brain function! i take a teaspoon every morning. getting the right brand is essential if you don't want to throw up. i recommend this one. it's available at whole foods!

i'm taking capsules that also contain evening primrose oil. all around mood boosters. i havent noticed my hair getting any shiner, tho, and it's been months. calcium is also good - but you have to take the liquid kind so it is more readidly absorbed.
oh, and flax seed oil. that's in them too.
i gotta get some of that shizz, psmee. i fear it, but you make me brave.
